Alaska, Southeast & Yukon Slide Collection, ca. 1970s
The 64 slides in this collection were taken during the 1970s and depict locations in Southeast Alaska and the Yukon. Most of the slides are commercially produced and are part of a series depicting “The Inside Passage.” Subjects range from fishing to specific locations such as glaciers, Baranoff[Baranof] Warm Springs, and Carcross, Skagway, Juneau, and Chatham Strait.
