The photographs in this collection include views of Juneau, Sitka, Flat City and Iditarod. Views of Juneau include the Gold Creek Dam and flume construction, 1928, Juneau buildings, general views, and fires. Photographers represented in the collection include Trevor Davis, the Snap Shoppe, Lomen, and Ordway. Many of the images were taken by unidentified photographers.

Boxes 1 and 2 contain b&w and color slides and photographs of libraries in Alaska with an emphasis on the northern regions. Community, school and academic libraries statewide, library staff and workshops are included, dating from the 1960's. People from the Alaska State Library in Juneau are also represented.

Box 3 contains images of library events around the state.
