Scope and Contents
These colored transparencies and prints, taken between 1951-1965, depict village and rural schools and teachers' housing in Alaska. Portraits of men and women applying for teaching positions in Alaska are included as well as a pictorial essay compiled by the Sand Point High School students in December, 1973, “SOS - Save Our School.”.
