The photographs in this collection are copies made from a collection the University of Alaska, Fairbanks received from the Bureau of Land Management. The original prints and negatives belonged to the University of Alaska, Fairbanks Historic Photograph Collection #76-B. The University of Alaska, Fairbanks no longer has this collection; it is supposed that it was deaccessioned and returned to the originating federal agency.

Acquisition

The photographic prints in this collection were received from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks in August 1976. Acc. #1976-032. The copies were made from a collection the University received from the Bureau of Land Management. The original prints and negatives belonged to the University of Alaska, Fairbanks Historic Photograph Collection #76-B. They no longer have this collection; it is supposed that it was deaccessioned and returned to the originating federal agency.

Processing Information

The photographs are sleeved in Mylar. A subject-level inventory is available.
