Robert Joseph Chlosta was born in Lackawanna New York, May 23, 1946.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree1964-1968, Alliance College, Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. Doctorate of Dental Surgery 1968-1972, University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, Detroit Michigan

Military Affiliation: Commissioned an Ensign ,in The United States Navy Reserve January 14,1969. Retired May 23, 2006 Captain USNR.
