Henry and Clara Dunn rode the ferry to visit family in Palmer (their son Rod Dunn, an Alaska State Trooper).

The collection was donated by Patricia Dunn, daughter of Rod Dunn, August 14, 2023. Accession number: 2023-007.

Separated Materials

The donation included a 2nd annual Iditarod souvenir letter (added to the vertical file collection) and a copy of “The Flag Unfurled : 25 years of Alaska Statehood” published by the Anchorage Daily News, Tuesday January 3, 1984 (added to MS67)
