Scope and Contents
[There is also a paragraph added to the middle:] CONDITIONS OF THIS OFFER AND CONTRACT: 1. The contract becomes void if unmarried women teachers marry during the period of the contract. 2. The contract becomes void if the number of pupils enrolled drops below six at any time during the period of the contract. 3. The teacher must be a citizen of the United States. 4. If married, the spouse of the teacher must not be receiving an average income of $200.00, or more, per month. [Affidavit section married teachers are required to sign stating that their spouse does not receive an average income of $200 or more per month is not signed.]
