[Per Mel Monsen, who is related to some of the people in these photographs, in February 2021: This is the McGlashan family in front of their home in Akutan. On the right seated is Hugh McGlashan Sr. (my great grandfather) with several of his sons and daughters and grandchildren. This was taken in about 1915 based on the apparent age of my Aunt Zenia held in the arms of the man standing on the right. Other names I know: woman in white dress in middle under window is Sarah McGlashan (Johnson), woman just to right of window with arms crossed is Mary McGlashan, sitting in front near middle with a bowler hat is William McGlashan, sitting toward left man with V-neck sweater with lapels is Hugh McGlashan Jr.]
