Scope and Contents
This collection contains sixty black and white photographs. Several are commercial photos by photographer Ordway. The rest are photos taken and collected by Edward Foster. The photographs are of buildings in Haines, crew members, and construction of the Alaska Highway near Haines.

Biographical Note
Edward Foster, a mechanic on an Alaska Highway construction crew, took and collected photographs related to the project in the Haines, Alaska, area.
