Biographical Note
John “Jack” Chandley Molyneux was born in Earlestown, England, and came to the United States in 1923. He married Grace Mozelle Crossland in 1930 and had 2 children, Joan Diane and Michael Allen. While employed as a salesman for Brodie Restaurant and Bar Supply and other food suppliers, he traveled to rural Alaska with Bob Wien and other bush pilots. He and his family lived in Alaska from 1940-1954.

The negatives to these views were donated by Mr. Molyneux's daughter, Jodi Molyneux-Simpson of Seattle, Washington. (Acc. No. 1993-014.)
Processing Information
This collection has been described at the item level. Original order maintained. The photographs were numbered and placed in Mylar inserts, and all items placed into a pH-neutral folder. An inventory is available.
