Biographical Note
Frank A. Lochow was born February 17, 1895 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His family moved to Seattle when he was young. He came up to Alaska and worked on a halibut schooner and later as a bookkeeper at a whaling station. Mr. Lochow died in Sequim, Washington, May 3, 1973.
