Biographical / Historical
Elfrida H. Nord served as Chief of the Section of Nursing at the Division of Public Health, Department of Health and Social Services, Juneau, Alaska, from 1984 to 1997. Her published works on public health in Alaska include Delivery of public health services, Alaska’s watched pot, Evolution of a public health nursing program, Yukon Kuskokwim Delta, Alaska, 1893-1993.
