Biographical
Robert Millard was born 1913 in Washington State. His family moved to Oregon in his youth. The Depression was responsible for the two Millard brothers moving to Alaska in 1935. He returned to Oregon after the war. He had a cherry orchard in The Dalles, Oregon, and retired in 1995. He lives with his wife Doris in The Dalles.
