Gift of : Fred Burton donated the original diary to the National Park Service, Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park in Skagway. Jay E. Cable and Robert Spude, of the National Park Service, donated a photocopy of the dairy to the Alaska State Library Historical Collections; 1999.
